Returns Policy

Once you receive your order, you can view it for 7 days. If you plan on returning the item, you MUST contact us by emailing: david@indianpillows.com to receive an return number before the 7 day period is up.To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused  and in the same condition that you received it. Your return must be shipped back to the mailed from address, but you must have authorization and a return number to do so, which must be indicated on the outside of the box/envelope. Do not just return it without authorization or the item(s) will be returned back to you.
*NOTE: A 20% restocking fee will be charged.

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
