A: We ship only within Canada, and accept only Canadian cards.

A: No, pillow cases are shipped with pillow inserts when ordered.

A: Yes. As items ship, you will be emailed the shipping method with tracking numbers.

A: Shipping cost is based on the size and weight of your item. This is a generally accepted calculation by major websites.
Q: Can I return a product?
A: Not all items can be returned (see next question for exclusions). Once you receive your order, you have 7 days to return the item in the same condition that you received it.
